Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of the staff lounge, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and functionality
- Coordinate inventory management and procurement of supplies, refreshments, and amenities
- Plan and execute workplace events, activities, and themed promotions to boost morale
- Monitor facility equipment and coordinate maintenance with internal teams and vendors
- Implement and enforce usage policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve lounge offerings
- Collaborate with HR and facilities teams to align with workplace culture initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or administrative roles
- Proven ability to manage inventory and coordinate procurement processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving mindset for enhancing workplace experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic facility management software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
