You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from initial conceptualization to post-campaign analysis, ensuring that every marketing dollar spent contributes directly to company growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Design, plan, and implement innovative promotional campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials are effectively supporting the sales cycle.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring all activities remain cost-effective and within allocated limits.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management regarding promotional impact.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales planning, or brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and current promotional trends.
