Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Design, plan, and implement innovative promotional campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials are effectively supporting the sales cycle.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring all activities remain cost-effective and within allocated limits.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management regarding promotional impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales planning, or brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create effective marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and current promotional trends.
