Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing performance data to derive actionable insights.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing comprehensive business activity reports.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data across internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data-driven project workflows.
- Monitor campaign metrics and prepare regular performance summaries for stakeholders.
- Maintain internal documentation and databases to support marketing decision-making.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in current marketing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing administration, data analysis, or a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Understanding of insurance industry practices is a significant advantage.
