Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee exhibition and promotional events across various product categories.
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer professional marketing and event services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine promotional strategies in the Palembang area.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination and on-site support.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, events, or sales, preferably with a track record in Palembang.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network effectively with various industry stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
