Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for public sector innovation? Arqom Technology Innovation is looking for a dynamic Staff Marketing B2G to join our team in Bantul. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company to government agencies and public sector stakeholders, playing a critical role in bridging our technology solutions with national development initiatives.
You will be responsible for mapping potential partnerships, managing high-level relationships, and ensuring our innovative products are positioned effectively within government procurement and tender processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and public institutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the public sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align our technology solutions with specific government project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and tender documents to prospective government partners.
- Monitor government procurement platforms and public tender announcements relevant to our business domains.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline progress, client engagement status, and market trends in the B2G sector.
- Represent Arqom Technology Innovation at industry exhibitions, workshops, and official government meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in B2G (Business to Government) or B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government procurement processes and regulations (LKPP/LPSE).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office, presentation software, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with prospective clients and government officials.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
