Indra Angkola is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Staff Marketing BBM to join our expanding team. This is a strategic role focused on managing fuel distribution marketing initiatives and strengthening our market presence in Medan and Morowali.
As a Marketing Staff member, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building long-term relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring our products reach key industrial hubs efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase fuel (BBM) product distribution.
- Identify and approach potential industrial clients in Medan and Morowali regions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance tracking documentation for management.
- Coordinate with logistics and operation teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct field visits and market surveys to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Staff or Sales Executive, preferably in the fuel, oil, or industrial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Willingness to be stationed in or travel between Medan and Morowali as required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and own transportation is a plus.
