Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Conduct professional field visits to identify and acquire potential new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide detailed information regarding BFI Finance products and financial schemes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular activity reports and sales performance updates for branch management.
- Participate in community events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Fresh graduates with high motivation and a strong desire to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a significant advantage.
- Possess a genuine interest in field-based work and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
