Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute eye-catching promotional designs and marketing assets for social media and advertising.
- Manage and optimize company marketplace store operations (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee) and the official website.
- Process incoming customer orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support to customers via various communication channels.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and general administrative records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all promotional campaigns align with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to suggest improvements for sales growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, marketplace management, or customer service.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with marketplace seller dashboards and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Surabaya.
