Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care and continuous monitoring of patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient documentation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic clinical environment at all times.
- Assist in patient admission, assessment, and discharge procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and patient inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Registered Nurse/MRN qualification required).
- Valid practicing license and registration with the relevant nursing board.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient safety standards, and infection control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health records.
