Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications accurately and monitor patient vital signs regularly.
- Perform wound dressings, injections, and other clinical treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and acute health changes.
- Supervise the personal hygiene and daily comfort needs of patients to ensure their well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to converse in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Willingness to perform shift work as required.
