Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Develop and maintain personalized care plans for elderly residents with diverse medical needs
- Monitor vital signs, document health changes, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide compassionate support for daily living activities and emotional well-being
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols
- Train and mentor junior nursing staff on best practices
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) certification
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in geriatric care preferred
- Strong knowledge of elderly nursing protocols and chronic disease management
- Excellent communication skills for resident/family interactions
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings
- Empathy and cultural sensitivity in elderly care contexts
