Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment for patient recovery.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, care plans, and post-discharge recovery.
- Ensure all medical documentation and electronic health records are updated promptly and accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred; fresh graduates with strong internship performance are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clinical judgment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
