Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive medical services as assigned, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and healthcare standards.
- Perform accurate patient verification and intake procedures to maintain precise electronic health records.
- Conduct regular monitoring and documentation of vital signs to track patient health status and progress.
- Serve as a circulating nurse during clinical procedures, ensuring the sterile field and procedural safety are maintained.
- Provide efficient support at the Second Station, coordinating between medical staff and departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Assist doctors and senior medical personnel in various clinical treatments and emergency response scenarios.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned medical areas to meet health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide clarity on medical procedures and post-care instructions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
- Strong clinical assessment skills with a high level of accuracy in vital sign recording.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules to meet the 24/7 demands of a healthcare facility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.
