Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct nursing care to cancer patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond immediately to any changes or medical emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication side effects, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, charts, and documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold strict infection control measures and maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid license from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, medical-surgical, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of care.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
