- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement patient education programs tailored to individual needs
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical observations accurately, and maintain electronic health records
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per hospital protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification
- Current nursing registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to educate diverse patient populations
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
