Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring safety protocols
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sterile environment for patient care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysia Nursing Board
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
