Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinic nursing operations to ensure seamless workflow and patient service delivery.
- Provide high-quality clinical care, including triage, wound care, and medication administration.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and health regulations.
- Monitor and replenish medical supplies, ensuring clinic readiness at all times.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor surgical procedures as required.
- Guide and mentor junior nursing staff to improve overall team clinical proficiency.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and clinical documentation systems.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.
- Adaptable to clinic operating hours and potential shift requirements.
- Relevant certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED.
