Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess the health status of postnatal mothers and newborn infants daily.
- Provide professional nursing care, including wound care, breastfeeding support, and newborn hygiene.
- Administer medication and perform health screenings as required by the medical protocols.
- Educate parents on infant care, nutrition, and maternal wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all residents in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal healthcare team members to ensure a seamless recovery experience for clients.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained within the confinement facility.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in midwifery, pediatrics, or maternal health.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work shift rotations including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in dialects is an added advantage.
