As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care across surgical settings. Your responsibilities will span from pre-operative preparation to intraoperative assistance and post-operative recovery support. You will work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in Day Surgery and Major Operating Theatre settings
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures, including scrubbing and circulating roles
- Perform thorough patient assessment, preparation, and documentation prior to surgery
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status throughout perioperative phases
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and surgical safety standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth patient flow and efficient theatre operations
- Provide post-operative care, patient education, and discharge planning support
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical training programs
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Previous experience in surgical nursing, day surgery, or operating theatre settings is preferred
- Certified scrub nurse or recovery room nurse certification is advantageous
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle emergency situations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
