Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver direct patient care during hemodialysis sessions, monitoring vital signs and responding to acute changes.
- Perform vascular access assessments, cannulation, and post‑procedure care in line with best‑practice guidelines.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and training programs to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of dialysis equipment, ensuring readiness and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a dialysis or renal care setting.
- Post‑basic qualification in Renal Nursing or equivalent (e.g., Certificate in Hemodialysis Nursing) is preferred.
- Proficient in hemodialysis equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong assessment, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team‑based environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous professional development.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
