Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring for elderly residents
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining residents' dignity and independence
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Educate residents and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid Singapore nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eldercare or geriatric nursing
- Certification in geriatric nursing or dementia care preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with elderly patients
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Singapore citizenship or valid work permit
