Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute individualized rehabilitation care plans for post-surgical, stroke, and trauma patients
- Administer medications, wound care, and therapeutic interventions per clinical protocols
- Monitor patient progress using evidence-based assessment tools and documentation systems
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers for integrated care
- Provide patient/family education on disease management, adaptive techniques, and home safety
- Manage rehabilitation equipment and maintain infection control standards in ward environment
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Valid nursing registration with Singapore Nursing Board (Staff Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care setting
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation nursing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Critical thinking abilities for complex case management and emergency response
- Commitment to continuous professional development in rehabilitation medicine
