Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs throughout the fertility treatment process.
- Administer prescribed medications, including injections, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
- Provide clear and empathetic health education to patients regarding their treatment plans and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization protocols and hygiene standards within the clinic and laboratory areas.
- Collaborate effectively with the medical team to coordinate patient care schedules and procedures.
- Assist in laboratory procedures such as semen analysis preparation and specimen handling where required.
- Respond to patient inquiries with a professional and supportive attitude, acting as a primary point of contact.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid registration from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in IVF, Obstetrics, or Gynecology is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy clinic hours.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in medical software systems.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
