Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and updating electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and execute personalized nursing care plans.
- Provide essential patient and family education regarding treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and medical examinations.
- Perform wound care, dressing, and other essential clinical interventions as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress closely and escalate critical changes in health status to medical officers immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior clinical placement experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
