As a Staff Nurse in the ICU, you will be at the forefront of critical care, ensuring the safety and recovery of patients in need of intensive medical attention. You will play a vital role in monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the medical team to achieve optimal health results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and clinical conditions continuously.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to strict hospital protocols.
- Assist with mechanical ventilation and respiratory support systems as required.
- Document patient care plans, interventions, and responses accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, therapists, and nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during critical times.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid practice certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
