Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to patients within the inpatient ward.
- Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report significant changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and allied health professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of patient medical records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized clinical environment.
- Participate in ward meetings, clinical audits, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient, medical-surgical, or hospital setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
