Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing IVF treatments and monitoring their progress closely.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being throughout the treatment cycle and report any adverse reactions.
- Assist in clinical procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain a sterile environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, patient charts, and treatment logs.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, including doctors and embryologists.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife qualification with a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IVF, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), or a similar clinical setting.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle confidential information, and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends if required.
