Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality bedside nursing care and support to patients in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, perform injections, and assist in clinical treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe clinical conditions, reporting any significant changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, allied health professionals, and other nursing staff.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patient recovery.
- Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and post-treatment recovery steps.
- Adhere strictly to infection control and safety policies within the healthcare facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer literacy.
- Able to commit to a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- Flexibility to perform shift work as required by the healthcare environment.
