Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and self-care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (or eligible for registration)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
