Tanggung Jawab
- Assessing patients' physical and mental health needs to develop appropriate care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse) and reporting any abnormalities.
- Providing emotional support, hygiene assistance, and health education to patients and families.
- Documenting patient medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
- Collaborating with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams during ward rounds.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients in the ward.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure and emergency situations.
- Compassionate, patient-oriented mindset with a strong desire to help others.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
