In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the postnatal recovery journey, providing high-quality care to both mothers and their newborns during their most delicate stages of development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for postnatal mothers and newborns.
- Monitor vital signs and observe recovery progress to ensure early detection of complications.
- Provide expert guidance on breastfeeding techniques and maternal nutrition.
- Educate parents on newborn hygiene, cord care, and daily handling routines.
- Maintain precise medical records and clinical notes for every patient interaction.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic postnatal care plans.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and infection control are maintained within the nursery and recovery suites.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline.
- Current registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in maternity, pediatrics, or postnatal care settings is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic support to new parents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated with neonatal health trends.
- Flexible and capable of working rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 quality care coverage.
