Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients including symptom management and treatment administration
- Monitor and document patient responses to therapies, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and social workers to coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Provide patient and family education on treatment protocols, side effects, and self-care strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support psychosocial needs of cancer patients through empathetic communication and counseling
- Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent oncology certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in oncology/hematology nursing
- Valid Singapore nursing license with current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of chemotherapy administration protocols and oncology pharmacology
- Excellent assessment skills for oncology-specific complications and emergencies
- Experience with electronic health records and oncology-specific documentation systems
- Demonstrated ability to provide culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
