Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans based on medical history and current condition.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress continuously and respond promptly to any changes in vital signs or condition.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting (Senior Staff Nurse level).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety.
