Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and pre/post-operative care in day surgery units
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and recovery phases
- Educate patients on discharge protocols, medication management, and home care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technicians
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain sterile procedural environments
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical incidents
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board license
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in surgical nursing or ambulatory care
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Knowledge of day surgery protocols and ambulatory care best practices
- Commitment to continuous professional development in nursing
