Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in polyclinic and private clinic settings
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Provide health education to patients and families on disease management
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and clinic procedures
- Assist in clinic operations including inventory management and equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (polyclinic/private clinic preferred)
- Proficiency in clinical procedures and emergency response protocols
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced outpatient environments
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
