Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team
- Provide health education and guidance to residents and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid Singapore Nursing Board license
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care or long-term care settings
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with elderly residents
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
