Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician protocols
  • Monitor patient vitals and response to interventions with accurate documentation
  • Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence
  • Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and appropriate interventions

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
  • Current Malaysian Nursing Board registration and valid practicing license
  • Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical documentation
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • BLS/ACLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care principles
