Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and response to interventions with accurate documentation
- Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care delivery
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Support patient and family emotional needs during treatment and recovery processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Current Malaysian Nursing Board registration and valid practicing license
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical documentation
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- BLS/ACLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care principles
