In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between traditional clinical care and modern technology, providing high-quality medical guidance to patients remotely.
As a Telehealth Staff Nurse, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, utilizing your clinical expertise to conduct symptom assessments, provide triage, and coordinate patient care plans through our digital healthcare platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform virtual clinical triage to assess patient symptoms and determine the appropriate level of care.
- Provide evidence-based medical advice and health education to patients via video conferencing and chat platforms.
- Coordinate with clinics and specialists to ensure seamless patient referrals and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) for all patient interactions.
- Monitor patient progress and provide remote support for chronic disease management.
- Educate patients on medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security in compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing license.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in an acute, community, or clinic setting.
- Strong proficiency in digital healthcare tools and willingness to learn new telehealth platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good team player who can collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
