Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Administer medications, perform wound dressings, and conduct clinical procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health changes accurately in medical records.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment in accordance with nursing standards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
- Participate in regular ward meetings and clinical training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric or eldercare settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical nursing standards and Singapore healthcare regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with elderly patients and their families.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an added advantage.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
