Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle payroll processing for retail fashion employees
- Manage general administrative tasks including vendor payments and expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Coordinate with HR department on personnel-related financial matters
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and financial summaries
- Support inventory reconciliation and retail financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
