Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end licensing processes for SPKLU network development
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for projects and business partnerships
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with government agencies and external consultants
- Provide legal guidance on permitting and contractual matters
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal compliance frameworks
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law with minimum 3 years' experience in permitting/legal compliance
- Expertise in Indonesian licensing regulations and SPKLU development
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory processes
- Experience in energy infrastructure or utility sector preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
