Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while verifying dosages and potential drug interactions
- Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence protocols
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapies
- Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation
- Participate in hospital committees and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and active PRC license as a Pharmacist
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical compounding
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdepartmental collaboration
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and inventory software
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
