Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the day-to-day placement of insurance risks, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external insurance companies to secure competitive coverage.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive client records and placement logs in the company database.
  • Prepare accurate placement slips, endorsements, and renewals in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor policy issuance and ensure all documents are delivered to clients within the agreed timelines.
  • Assist in resolving underwriting queries and administrative issues related to insurance placements.
  • Support the team in preparing market reports and client presentations as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage or underwriting capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of basic insurance terminology and market practices in Indonesia.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
