Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the excellent execution of postpaid operational processes and procedures to meet company standards.
- Analyze daily performance metrics and reports to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding postpaid service delivery and customer feedback.
- Implement best practices to optimize workflows and increase overall efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations to minimize operational risks.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of support staff related to postpaid services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the telecommunications or retail industry.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant ERP systems.
