Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and draft land deeds (akta tanah) in accordance with Indonesian land law regulations
- Verify land ownership documents and ensure legal compliance before deed execution
- Coordinate with clients, landowners, and relevant government institutions for documentation processes
- Provide legal consultation to clients regarding land transactions and property rights
- Maintain accurate records of all land deeds and related documentation
- Stay updated with the latest regulations and changes in land law
- Collaborate with legal team to resolve any land-related legal issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Valid PPAT certification from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land law or deed preparation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian land regulations and property law
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficient in legal research and documentation software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
