PT Komitrando Emporio is a premier Bag Manufacturer that collaborates with international buyers to deliver high-quality fashion accessories. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff PPIC to join our dynamic team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.
In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between the sales, production, and warehouse departments. You will be responsible for optimizing our production planning and inventory control processes to ensure that orders are delivered on time without compromising quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales orders and lead time requirements.
- Monitor and control raw material inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate closely with the Production Department to ensure adherence to the daily production plan.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers regarding material delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
- Update and maintain the PPIC system documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar PPIC, Planning, or Manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
