Join Diagnos Laboratorium Utama as a Staff PPIC (Health Analyst) and play a pivotal role in optimizing our medical laboratory operations. This position combines healthcare expertise with strategic production planning and inventory management to ensure seamless laboratory workflows. You'll be responsible for coordinating medical supply chains, analyzing health data trends, and implementing efficient inventory systems that directly impact patient care quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules for laboratory services and medical supplies
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels of laboratory reagents, equipment, and consumables
- Analyze health data trends to forecast demand for laboratory services and materials
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of medical resources
- Implement quality control measures for inventory management systems
- Generate performance reports on inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and service delivery metrics
- Collaborate with medical staff to align production planning with patient service requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, or related medical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control (medical/lab background preferred)
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret health data and operational metrics
- Knowledge of medical laboratory processes and supply chain management
- Certification in PPIC or supply chain management is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
