Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets
- Optimize inventory levels through strategic procurement and stock rotation methodologies
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
- Analyze KPIs including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and production efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in PPIC processes and systems
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on inventory status and production performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production plans with market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in PPIC, planning, or SCM roles (F&B/manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret demand data and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to operational details
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (JIT, Kanban, ABC analysis)
