Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while preventing stockouts
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless material flow
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using ERP software
- Generate performance reports on KPIs like inventory turnover, production efficiency, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC roles within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production and inventory data
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and JIT inventory systems
- Certification in production planning or supply chain management is advantageous
