Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses to optimize stock turnover and minimize carrying costs
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular PPIC performance reports for management review
- Manage safety stock levels while preventing overstock situations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions
- Maintain accurate documentation of production schedules and inventory records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of PPIC experience in manufacturing or plastics industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production and inventory data
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO, EOQ)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
